Greater Difficulty Breathing in higher Humidity

Hey WG friends
Do any of you notice that it is harder to breath in higher humidity? I realize that hydration and fatigue play into it but this summer I notice it more than ever as I have more granulomas in throat and windpipe. I really notice while walking the dogs.
