My daughter in law was diagnosed in December 09 with WG (2 wk hospital stay). Rheumatologist and kidney doc disagree as to whether kidneys are involved. Kidney biopsy was negative but urinalysis says differently. She is now back in the hospital just 4 weeks later w/pneumonia, abcess in lung and collapsed lung. The only treatment she is on is 50mg of prednisone daily. We are in Orlando, Florida and need to find a rheuma that knows something about the disease. The one she has now is concerned about putting her on cytoxan as she is in child bearing years and hasn't started her family yet. Any info, direction would be appreciated. I've learned alot just by reading thru some of the discussions here. Thank you! Pam
